INVENTORIES
Harringtons Inventories offer a detailed compliant Inventory.
Each room including gardens and out-buildings will be documented and photographed with a date stamp.
They will include photographs of meter readings and locations of smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.
CHECKOUTS
When the tenant has returned keys at the end of their tenancy, Harringtons will visit the property and compare the in-going inventory to the present condition and contents of the property.
They will include photographs of meter readings and locations of smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.
The tenant can be invited to attend the checkout appointment. The tenants forwarding address will be provided if they attend.
INSPECTIONS
Inspections can be carried out every 3-4 months. Photographs will be taken of each room. Any obvious damage or misuse will be noted/photographed. Tenants also have the opportunity to report any maintenance/repair issues.
